Bridle Bash Donates $50,000 Ve’ahavta

Dear Bridle Bash Foundation,

On behalf of all of us at Ve’ahavta, I would like to express our gratitude for the extraordinary support the Bridle Bash Foundation has extended to our organization. Your funding of $50,000 will go towards our van program which will have a profound impact on our clients by enhancing their quality of life through the distribution of food, clothing and community referrals. It will also help us enhance our ability to deal with the crippling effects of isolation on those living on the street by continuing to provide meaningful social interactions between our clients and volunteers.

In 2013 we are excited to feature The Bridle Bash Foundation on our van which demonstrates how a group of compassionate individuals can have a profound impact on one of the most marginalized communities in our city.

Your grant will not only improve the quality of the program we deliver but will also increase the capacity of our multi-faith community partners’ (Covenant House, Robertson House, Strachan House, Woodgreen, Women’s Residence, Fred Victor, PARC and Evangel Hall Mission) ability to work together in pursuit of a common goal while creating an opportunity for volunteers to gain a better understanding of homelessness.

We are delighted that we can share with you in this endeavor to strengthen our world by helping those in need.
